Hotel Supplier Source offers our customers a 30-day (30 days from the original invoice date) satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases. However, the Basic 30 Day Warranty policy applies only if the Product Return Procedure set forth in the RETURN POLICY tab of the product specification listings is followed. If the customer does not follow the stated Return Policy, it will result in the loss of the Basic 30 Day Warranty benefit. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.
