To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Hotel Supplier Source, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Hotel Supplier Source will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Hotel Supplier Source. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Hotel Supplier Source. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Hotel Supplier Source Return Procedure will be breached and Hotel Supplier Source will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Hotel Supplier Source will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Hotel Supplier Source charges a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Hotel Supplier Source prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

Due to size and weight limitations, this product cannot be delivered using regular shipping methods. The product will require shipping by truck with scheduled local delivery. Truck deliveries are delivered curbside. The driver will bring your order to the back of the truck, but is not responsible for unloading your items nor is he required to assist in bringing your items indoors. Have adequate help lined up for unloading your items. Be sure to inspect all items delivered before signing. If no comment is made on the delivery bill you sign, you will be accepting the delivery as complete and undamaged unless noted on the delivery slip.

Hotel Supplier Source warrants this office chair from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:

- 15 years on all non-moving metal parts
- 5 years on component parts, including pneumatic cylinders, control mechanisms, wood, plastic parts, base and casters
- 3 years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration
- Leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as leather is subject to minor blemishes in use.

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage defined as a standard 40-hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs. or less. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Hotel Supplier Source. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. When usage is more than 40 hours per week, a 2-year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric is warranted for 1 year.
